		<description>Despite the fact he shamefully put up the St. George&#039;s flag over Downing Street for the World Cup, David Cameron is not an English Prime Minister. He is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (etc. etc.) and is thus a British Prime Minister. 

And the reference to English forces at the Battle of Waterloo... they were British. The Duke of Wellington was actually born in Dublin, which is definitely not in &quot;England&quot; and was then in the still relatively new United Kingdom.
