1) The Boston Globe sees Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglorious Basterds” as the last in a long line of WW2 revisionist movies. But then again, no one has gone far enough as to let the Germans win…yet. (Link)

3) One month after Moscow timidly regretted signing a non-aggression treaty with Nazi Germany before WW2, President Putin has finally officially condemned the alliance. Good new for Chechnya and Georgia, peace with Moscow is just 70-80 years away. (Link)
4) Muammar Gadaffi, president of Libya, celebrates his 40th year in power. As his people wish he would just die a little faster, we are left to wonder why his face seems to be melting. (Link)
